Just got a Tucson Ultimate Hybrid yesterday (Canada). This morning the car couldn’t be unlocked. Just like the post above, the smart trunk feature did work and from there I was able to unlock the doors, but the car wouldn’t start. The battery reset did the trick. I’m going to call the dealership now.
