Anthony “Romeo” Santos (born July 21, 1981) is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor, known as “The King of Bachata.” Born in The Bronx, New York, to a Dominican father and a Puerto Rican mother, Santos was the lead singer, songwriter, and co-producer of the bachata group Aventura.
